Funding Intelligence

Tracking an application from match to award

Once you decide to pursue a matched funding opportunity, Applications (`/applications`) is where that pursuit gets tracked -- required documents, deadlines, and status, in one place tied back to the need it's funding.

Why this is separate from Funding Opportunities

Funding Opportunities is about discovery -- finding and evaluating potential matches. Applications is about execution -- once you've decided to pursue something, tracking it through to a real outcome (awarded, declined, or withdrawn) without losing track of deadlines or required documents along the way.

Keeping it connected

Because an application stays linked to its original need, any funding it secures automatically reflects in that need's Funding Blueprint as Secured rather than Potential -- you don't have to update the same information in two places.
